The portion for sale is only the portion on the North side of Hwy. 60. The grove showing on the South side of Hwy. 60 is a part of that property which is also for sale. That portion of land shown on the map in listing (152-A)is about 10.5 acres.
It was a producing citrus grove but is being converted to pasture. The real value is the potential for a highly visable commercial or industrial use.

This area has been mapped for the site for the Central Polk Parkway which would extend from Hwy. 60 North to US 27, cross there and on North to I-4. Jan. 26, 2016 Polk County Commissioners voted to authorize formation of a local expressway authority with expectation that this would possibly permit doing portions of the intended route.
To the West of this property is the point where traffic from the CSX intermodal site accesses Hwy. 60 and this use creates a lot of traffic. This property could also be considered for some use or connection with the CSX operations.
Potential growth area. Current industrial to West, South and East. Traffic from CSX intermodal operations Winter Haven, FL, Short distance to Lake Wales airport and US 27.
